1. Who you are buying from

You buy passes from CSCS Practice Test, run by The CSCS Practice Test Team in England and Wales.

Payments and refunds are processed securely by Stripe. You pay on Stripe's checkout page, so we never see or store your card number. Stripe emails you a receipt for every payment.

The business name shown on the Stripe checkout page and on your card statement may differ from the name of this site.

2. What stays free

Every topic and specialist page shows sample questions with their answers, free and with no account. Each page's practice quiz is free: 1 quiz every 7 days without an account, and 30 a day with a free account once you confirm your email. You can take 1 timed mock test every 7 days without an account, and 3 every 7 days with a free account.

A pass adds paid features to your account. The features page lists what a pass includes, so you can check before you buy.

3. Fair use

Unlimited mock tests and practice quizzes means as many as one person can study. To keep the question bank from being copied, an account can be served up to 600 questions in any 24 hours, across mock tests, practice quizzes and the quiz maker. That is 12 full 50-question mock tests, so real study never reaches it. If you do, you can start again once the oldest test of that day is 24 hours old.

4. Plans and prices

Prices are in pounds sterling. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. You can have one plan renewing at a time, and checkout for another plan is refused while one is renewing. To change plan, cancel your current plan under Manage billing, then choose the new one.

• Weekly Plan: £3.99 a week. It renews every week until you cancel, and it is not refundable.
• Monthly Plan: £6.99 a month. It renews every month until you cancel.
• Yearly Plan: £18.99 a year. It renews every year until you cancel.

5. Free trial

Every plan starts with a 1-day (24 hour) free trial. You enter a card on the Stripe checkout page when you start it, and nothing is charged during the trial.

When the trial ends, the first payment is taken from your card automatically. The plan then renews every week, month or year until you cancel.

To cancel during the trial, go to your account, choose Manage billing and cancel the plan in Stripe's billing portal. Nothing is charged. We do not send a reminder email before the trial ends. Your account page shows when it ends.

The Weekly Plan trial includes 5 mock tests. Mock tests you took in the 24 hours before your trial started count toward the 5. The pass extras, a drill of every missed question, the quiz maker, weak topics and your full test history, unlock once the first payment is made. The Monthly Plan and Yearly Plan trials include everything from the start.

Starting your plan early, from your account page or when you reach the trial's mock test limit, ends the trial and charges your card that day.

There is one free trial per account. If your account has had a subscription on this site before, the first payment is taken at checkout with no trial.

6. How plans renew

Every plan charges your card when its free trial ends, or at checkout if your account has already had a trial, and again at the end of each week, month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime: go to your account, choose Manage billing and cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

If a renewal payment fails, your pass is paused straight away until the payment goes through. You can update your card from your account page.

If we ever change the price of your plan, we will email you before your next renewal at the new price, and you can cancel before it applies.

7. When your pass starts

A pass starts as soon as you complete checkout, with the free trial if your account can have one. By starting a trial or buying, you ask us to start it straight away. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights, for example if the service is not as described.

8. Refunds

The Monthly Plan and the Yearly Plan are refunded in full if you ask within 3 days of the payment and have used the pass for 2 hours or less. The Weekly Plan is not refundable. A charge made in error is always refunded. The free trial costs nothing, and if you cancel during the trial you are not charged. After the trial, the first payment is covered by these refund terms. 9. Your account

A pass belongs to the account you bought it with and is for one person. Please do not share your login. We may close an account that is shared or used to copy content from the site in bulk. If we close your account for any other reason, we refund the unused part of your pass.

10. What we do not promise

CSCS Practice Test helps you prepare for the CITB Health, Safety and Environment test, but we cannot promise that you will pass it or get a CSCS card. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to CITB, CSCS Ltd or Pearson VUE, and our questions are not the official test questions.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the new version applies to purchases made after the date at the top of this page. It does not change a pass you have already bought.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
