CSCS Revision PDF: Is There a Free Official Download?
Short answer: no. CITB does not publish a free PDF of its revision material for the construction HS&E test, and the paid digital version is not a PDF you can download and keep either. Here is what exists, and what the free ones circulating online actually are.
The paid "download" is not a file
CITB sells a digital version of GT100, the official revision publication for the Operatives and Specialist tests, at £12.75. What you buy is an access code for CITB's digital publications platform, not a PDF that lands in your downloads folder. You cannot save it, print the whole thing, or pass it to a mate. The paperback is £12.50, so the digital version is not the cheap option either.

So what are all those free PDFs?
Search for a CSCS revision PDF and you will find plenty, on document sharing sites and test-prep blogs. They fall into two groups, and neither is worth building your revision on.
Copies of CITB material, uploaded without permission
CITB's terms are blunt about this: "No part of our website, our literature (including Descriptions) or our Products may be reproduced in any form without our prior written consent." A scanned GT100 on a document sharing site is a breach of that, whoever uploaded it.
Out-of-date question dumps
Uploads we found carried dates ranging from 2019 to last year, with no way to tell which edition they came from. Only the current edition of the revision material is examinable, and the test gets reviewed continually, so an old dump quietly teaches you answers that are no longer right. That is a worse outcome than not revising from a PDF at all, because you will not know which parts are stale.
What is genuinely free and official
- The CITB sample test for Managers and Professionals. 13 questions, free, on CITB's own site. It is the only official free question set we could confirm.
- The CITB demo test. Not scored and not a revision tool, but it shows you the real question styles and how the screen behaves, which is worth ten minutes before the day.
The better substitute for a PDF
What people actually want from a revision PDF is a big set of questions with the answers explained, for nothing. That is what this site is.
